I’m Lisa West, a Certified Trichologist with over 40 years of experience in the hair industry, passionate about helping people understand their hair loss and improve their hair and scalp health.
My journey
My journey into trichology began during my years as a hairdresser and salon owner. Clients regularly asked me about hair loss and thinning, but I realised how little training hair professionals received in understanding these concerns.
When I began studying trichology, I also started questioning my own hair thinning, which I’d previously put down to ageing. I discovered there was much more to hair health than I’d realised, strengthening my passion for helping others find answers.
